Professional Background
I bring a wealth of experience from working across UK Governments and with leaders in Dublin where I partnered with Ministers and Senior Leaders to drive developmental initiatives. This work has profoundly shaped my understanding of human complexity and the importance of truly listening to people’s stories. Alongside this my training in somatic therapies helps clients explore the mind-body connection, becoming more mindful of physical experiences and how they shape wellbeing.
I offer both in-person and online therapy, thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. My practice is rooted in the understanding that no single therapeutic approach suits everyone. I work collaboratively with clients to identify the strategies and techniques that best support their wellbeing.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and hold an MSc in Counselling from Abertay University in Dundee. Currently, I volunteer at PF Counselling, where I continue to deepen my therapeutic practice and engage with a diverse range of client experiences.
My professional background includes extensive work within Government, partnering with Ministers and Senior Leaders to deliver developmental initiatives, including leadership development and coaching. This experience has profoundly shaped my appreciation for human complexity and the importance of truly listening to people’s stories.
I bring a particular interest in somatic therapies, which support clients in exploring the connection between physical sensations and emotional experiences. By helping individuals become more mindful of how the body stores tension and ‘stuck’ energy, I’ve supported many in unlocking deeper emotional insight and healing.
Empathy, curiosity, and a commitment to co-creating a respectful and empowering therapeutic space are at the heart of my work. I strive to ensure that every client feels heard, valued, and supported in their journey toward meaningful change.
